We will be accepting sealed bids starting on 12-14-06 until 1-5-07. The top five bidders will be notified and will be invited to a mini auction at Janssen Realty in Hawarden, IA.
TERMS AND CONDITIONS: 10% non-refundable down payment at time of offer is accepted. Balance (905) due at closing. Title insurance premium costs will be split 50% to buyer and 50% to seller (one policy for purchase price). The buyer will receive landlord's possession at time of closing on March 1st, 2007.
